Founder & CEO
Elliot has over six years specialising in senior construction and engineering leadership appointments across complex energy and industrial infrastructure environments throughout the DACH region and wider Europe. His experience spans waste-to-energy, industrial electrification and high-tech
manufacturing programmes.
He has delivered over 350+ senior interim and permanent appointments and founded nexta to bring structured methodology, infrastructure intelligence and disciplined execution to senior search and defined-scope freelance SOW engagements.
Victoria Gee
NED
With over 16 years’ experience in executive and non-executive search, Victoria brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, board advisory and strategic talent architecture. She has led senior search mandates across infrastructure, engineering and capital-intensive sectors.
As NED, Victoria provides governance oversight and strategic guidance, ensuring nexta’s methodology, client engagement model and leadership standards reflect best-in-class executive search practice.

Bella brings extensive experience supporting complex infrastructure clients across engineering and construction environments. She oversees operational delivery, client engagement and account management across both permanent and freelance mandates.
With a background in sales and commercial coordination, Bella ensures structured execution, stakeholder alignment and long-term client continuity across Tier 1 contractors, specialist engineering firms and end clients.
